Civil Complaint Review Board (CCRB) public meeting at 6:30 p.m. to be held at Lincoln Hospital Auditorium in the South Bronx. The CCRB is an independent agency empowered to receive, investigate and recommend action on complaints against New York City police officers alleging the use of excessive or unnecessary force.
